When Thackerey did not appear before the court today, ACJM (second) Ram Karan Yadav issued a fresh non-bailable warrant against him.<\/p>\n<p>The court fixed July 30 for further hearing in the case and asked the MNS chief to appear before it on that date. The court had earlier issued bailable warrants against the MNS president four times but he did not appear before it.
