Organized by the District Legal Services Authority, the Lok Adalat was held in the Thane court.<\/p>\n<p>Disposing the case, the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (MACT) panel\u2014under retired judge S A Dwivedi\u2014passed the judgment, directing SBI General Insurance to pay Rs 79 lakh to the victim&#8217;s wife.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This case has set a benchmark in MACT&#8217;s history by disposing the matter in a record time. The amount happens to be huge.
