There are no chances of accused persons fleeing from the hands of justice. There is no likelihood that they will tamper with the evidence.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In the facts and circumstances of the present case, all the accused persons are admitted to bail on furnishing of personal bonds in the sum of Rs one lakh each with one surety each of the like amount,&#8221; the court said.<\/p>\n<p>The case was transferred from Lucknow to the national capital by the Supreme Court which had allowed the plea of PMK leader Ramadoss seeking shifting of the trial.<\/p>\n<p>Ramadoss had moved the apex court last year for shifting the trial to Patiala House Court here where he has been chargesheeted in a similar case by CBI.<\/p>\n<p>He and other accused were chargesheeted in a special CBI court in Lucknow in the case for allegedly showing favours to Rohilkhand Medical College and Hospital (RMCH) in Bareilly in grant of renewal for admissions in MBBS course in 2008-09.<br \/>\n(Source: PTI)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Former Union Health Minister Anbumani Ramadoss and four others, accused of showing favours to a private medical college in Uttar Pradesh in granting renewal for admissions in MBBS course in 2008-2009, were on Tuesday granted bail by a Delhi court.
