This had grown from 49 Indian cases out of 235 in 2012, 33 out of 188 in 2011, 36 out of 198 in 2010, and 24 Indian cases in 2009 as stated by Vivekananda. N.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">He said that while his time there had been a great experience and platform, he decided to return to private practice because in his opinion SIAC and other arbitration centres were generally not meant to be long-term career paths and they also encouraged staff to return to practice as arbitrators.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Neelakantan\u2019s role in Mumbai at SIAC has been taken over by Scheherazade Dubash, as deputy head South Asia.
