the counsel for the Union Home Ministry told a bench comprising Chief Justice G Rohini and Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ms__id4409\">Taking the Home Ministry&#8217;s report into the records, the court asked senior advocate Upmanyu Hazarika, who has been appointed the amicus curiae, to respond by filing his suggestions.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ms__id4410\">&#8220;We have dealt with each and every aspect of the findings of the Bezbaruah committee and have come out with the proposed actions,&#8221;
