Investigating\u00a0Officer RK Singh said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Since I was busy in other projects of National Highway Authority, he\u00a0was looking after the project,&#8221; Shobha Ram said in the FIR, adding that Janardan later not only declared himself as Assistant Manager of the firm but demanded salary too.<\/p>\n<p>However in the meantime, he not only forged some documents of the firm \u00a0but tried to deposit two cheques in his personal account in a Holigate area based bank, Shobha Ram said in the FIR.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;His efforts to get two\u00a0cheques deposited in his personal account were foiled as I was informed by the bank about the same by SMS,&#8221; Shobha Ram Sharma claimed in the FIR.<\/p>\n<p>The case was registered under various sections of IPC.\u00a0&#8220;Not only forgery in the documents was established through tests in forensic lab but\u00a0in spite of registration of cases in fraud, forgery, attempt to murder and theft, Janardan, when, did not appear in the court,\u00a0the court first ordered\u00a0him to appear in the court followed by bailable and non bailable warrant, it then ordered Kurki of his property and declared him absconder,&#8221;
