Delhi High Court dismissed the petition of Greater Kailash residents, who wanted a say in the inquiry into the mishap at the DMRC work site at Zamrudpur.<\/p>\n
During the day, DMRC lawyer Virender Sood submitted the Action Taken Report in the case at the Court. After going through the report filed by Mr Sood, a division bench comprising Chief Justice A P Shah and Justice Manmohan dismissed the petition of residents stating \u2018How do you come into the picture.\u2019 \u2018When DMRC is taking action on their own, how can you suggest them how to inquire into the matter,\u2019 Justice Shah asked the residents and told them to withdraw the petition.<\/p>\n
