Later, when he saw a police jeep he rushed towards it to save himself but both fled away from the spot, it said.<\/p>\n<p>While Amit was apprehended the next day, his accomplice could not be arrested.<\/p>\n<p>Later, a police case was registered against Amit under section 307 of IPC to which he pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 24-year-old youth, convicted for stabbing a man, has been sentenced to four years rigorous imprisonment by a Delhi court.
