My staff is also rattled. He comes asking for the notes of evidence and says he is from Sarnaik&#8217;s office. I do not know who he is collecting it for and for what purpose. Is it to gain political mileage or something else. But we need to put an end to this,&#8221; Justice Patel said.<\/p>\n<p>Jaidev&#8217;s advocate Sarnaik and Uddhav&#8217;s lawyer Shah told the court that henceforth, they would issue a letter with the names of their juniors who would come to collect the evidence. The lawyers said the evidence should be handed over only after the junior lawyers show their identity cards.<\/p>\n<p>The court has so far recorded the evidence of Dr Jaleel Parkar, who is attached to the Lilavati Hospital at Bandra and conducted check up of Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray on a daily basis since November-December 2007.<\/p>\n<p>The court will next record the evidence of Shiv Sena leader Anil Parab on June 30.<\/p>\n<p>In his last will of December 13, 2011, Thackeray has not left a farthing for his estranged son Jaidev.<\/p>\n<p>Jaidev has disputed the will alleging that senior Thackeray was of unsound mind and that Uddhav influenced him.<\/p>\n<p>Bal Thackeray, who passed away on November 17, 2012, left majority of his estate to Uddhav.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Bombay High Court today expressed displeasure and shock over an unidentified person visiting a judge&#8217;s chamber on several occasions seeking copy of the evidence recorded in the dispute between late Bal Thackeray&#8217;s sons &#8211; Uddhav and Jaidev.
