He is lodged in Nagpur prison.<\/p>\n<div id=\"inarticle_wrapper_div\"><\/div>\n<p>According to the letter written by Upadhyay, Saibaba is 90% handicapped due to post-polio paralysis and is bed-ridden.<\/p>\n<p>The HC has directed the authorities to file their affidavits giving details of Saibaba&#8217;s health condition and the status of the investigation against him and if a charge sheet against him has been filed or not.<\/p>\n<p>The court will hear the petition on June 17.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Bombay high court on Wednesday issued notice to Maharashtra government, the commissioner of police Nagpur, superintendent of Nagpur central prison and sought their responses on the deteriorating health condition of a professor of Delhi University arrested a year ago for alleged links with Maoists.
