For example, a witness would claim that he has seen the crime happening inside his neighbour&#8217;s kitchen from his toilet window. Thus, the judge needs to verify if that is possible. It will give him an idea about the exact topography of that society,&#8221; Mugera said.<\/p>\n<p>At least 69 persons of the minority community living in this society, including former Congress MP Ehsan Jafri, were killed during the post-Godhra riots.
