Justice B.N. Agrawal and Justice Aftab Alam\u2019s bench said \u201cWe are not satisfied with your affidavit.<\/p>\n
The remark came after the bench read UP Chief Secretary Atul Kumar Gupta\u2019s reply to the court\u2019s Sep 11 notice on media reports.
\n \u201cIt is not (as) simple as that,\u201d observed the bench, refusing to dispose of the matter on the basis of the government\u2019s reply.<\/p>\n
