Copy of FIR, MLC of the injured, site plan, seizure memo of DL and verification, seizure memo of RC&#8230;As well as documents filed by the petitioner as a whole it is clear that respondent no 2 (driver) was driving the vehicle in rash and negligent manner,&#8221; MACT Presiding Officer R P S Teji said.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petition filed by Nandan, the accident took place on March 21, 2013 when he was sitting on the pillion of a motorcycle. As he reached in front of metro pillar no 614, Shanker Garden, Main Vikas Puri crossing here, the offending bus, driven in a rash and negligent fashion, hit his vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the impact, he fell down and sustained grievous injuries which caused 70 per cent disability in his right lower limb, it said.<\/p>\n<p>It that he was employed in a private firm and was earning Rs 16,682 per month.
