Yadav was arrested on December 7, 2014 from Mathura and is presently under judicial custody.<\/p>\n<p>The court has framed charges against Yadav under IPC for alleged offences of endangering a woman&#8217;s life while raping her, abducting with an intent to compel her for marriage and criminally intimidating and causing hurt.<\/p>\n<p>The court had also recorded the testimony of the accused in which he termed the charge against him as &#8220;false&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the second time in a week, a Delhi court had to put off hearing final arguments today in the Uber cab rape case, in which a woman executive was allegedly raped by the driver last year, as it did not receive the case file and other records from the Supreme Court.
