An advocate today filed an application in the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kaveri Baweja pleading against the intended closure report to be filed by the CBI requesting for closing of the Bofors payoffs kickbacks case aganist Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi.<\/p>\n
Ajay Kumar Aggarwal requested the court in his application that he should be treated as a complainant in the whole case and the matter should be investigated further.<\/p>\n
The CBI had earlier sought two weeks time from the court for informing the further course of action related to the case.<\/p>\n
