Take a consolidated view of the whole issue. The basic grievance of the petitioner is not unjustified. Anything which pollutes river Yamuna should be stopped and checked. Take a policy decision and decide the whole issue&#8230;<br \/>\n&#8220;Chief Secretary of Delhi is directed to call a meeting of all municipal corporations, Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) and other concerned authorities and examine what measures are required to control pollution of river Yamuna.
