aside a Karnataka High Court order quashing sanction granted to Union ministerSadananda Gowda and a BJP MLA to construct a five-storey building in Bengaluru.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We feel that the conclusion given by the Karnataka High Court is not sustainable in law&#8230;The appeals are allowed,&#8221; a bench comprising Justices Madan B Lokur and S A Bobde said.<\/p>\n<p>The SC order came on appeals filed by Law Minister Gowda and former Food and Civil Supplies Minister D N Jeevaraj against the 2012 high court judgement quashing the sanctioned plan of construction on the site.<\/p>\n<p>The High Court had given its verdict on a PIL filed by advocate Nagalakshmi Bai who had contended that the two had violated the lease-cum-sale agreement.<\/p>\n<p>( Source &#8211; PTI
