We expect that order in this behalf be passed in weeks time,&#8221; the court said.<br \/>\nThe court expressed serious concerns and displeasure over<\/p>\n<p>the attitude of GDA by allowing the construction material to Gulmarg without granting permission for construction or for effecting repairs and renovations of the structures.<\/p>\n<p>The bench also asked Principal District Judge Anantnag, who has been appointed as Court Commissioner, to visit Gulmarg and inspect all the structures which have already been inspected by him earlier and submit his detailed report indicating therein, whether the recommendation made by him have been complied with no deviations.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Deviations, if any, shall be recorded by him in his report and copy thereof shall be supplied to CEO Gulmarg, besides filing report in this behalf before the Registrar Judicial,&#8221; the court said.<\/p>\n<p>Joint Registrar of High Court has been directed to assist the Court Commissioner in conducting fresh inspection and asked the court officials to visit Gulmarg on non-working days or holidays.<\/p>\n<p>The court said that all the interested persons and the authorities of CEO Gulmarg shall remain present at the respective sites at the time of inspection by the Court Commissioner as and when the date of visit shall be notified.<\/p>\n<p>It also directed the persons, who have filed application for spot inspection by the Court Commissioner for his recommendation with regard to the construction of their structures, to deposit Rs 10,000 each with the Registrar Judicial of the High Court within a period of one week.<\/p>\n<p>All the vehicles transporting construction material towards Gulmarg shall be seized, the court ordered.<\/p>\n<p>( Source &#8211; PTI )<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jammu and Kashmir High Court has banned all constructions in famous ski resort at Gulmarg in North Kashmir and directed the state government to transfer a Gulmarg Development Authority official for failing to check illegal activities.
