Action should be initiated against him for misleading people and spending public money for spreading lies,&#8221; the complainant said.<\/p>\n<p>Shukla said he had also filed complaints to the Deputy Commissioner of Police of north east district and the LG seeking registration of FIR against Kejriwal for allegedly misappropriating public fund.<\/p>\n<p>He claimed that no action was taken by the police on his complaint.<\/p>\n<p>( Source &#8211; PTI )<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A court here today fixed February 17 for hearing a complaint filed against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal seeking lodging of an FIR against him for allegedly misleading the people by stating that municipal corporations are not under the AAP government&#8217;s control.
