However, the court imposed certain conditions on his release.<\/p>\n<p>The court ordered that the accused would have to give attendance to the Investigating Officer between 3-5 PM every alternate day.<\/p>\n<p>He would not be allowed to interact with officials of the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC). However, the court permitted him to attend the TMC meetings but restrained him from participating in its day-to-day work.<\/p>\n<p>The accused can&#8217;t tamper, pressure or threaten any prosecution witness, the court said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A local court today granted bail to an NCP corporator, one of the four accused in connection with the suicide case of a city-based builder.
