The police had initiated cases against 37 persons.<\/p>\n<p>The police is yet to arrest the absconding GCPA chief Bangshi Badan Barman.<\/p>\n<p>All the arrested produced at the court were slapped with charges of sedition, criminal conspiracy and waging war against the government.<\/p>\n<p>GCPA had enforced a rail blockade at New Cooch Behar railway station since Saturday morning.
