District Session Judge rpt Judge, Mayurbhanj, Pramod Kumar Jena, convicted Nabakishore Nayak (35) of Halapur village under Karanjia police station jurisdiction for killing his 60-year-old uncle Kunu Nayak on April 27, 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Nabakishore confessed in the court that he was suspecting that his uncle had illicit relationship with his own widow daughter-in-law. He cut Kunu Nayak into several pieces by using an axe. He also surrendered at the police outpost with the axe he used in the killing and a chopped hand of the deceased.<\/p>\n<p>The court convicted Nabakishore under section 302 of IPC for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment besides being slapped with a penalty of Rs 10,000.
