{"id":4173,"date":"2010-02-06T15:26:31","date_gmt":"2010-02-06T10:26:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.in\/news\/?p=4173"},"modified":"2010-02-06T15:26:31","modified_gmt":"2010-02-06T10:26:31","slug":"justice-manmohan-one-of-the-richest-in-delhi-high-court","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.com\/news\/justice-manmohan-one-of-the-richest-in-delhi-high-court","title":{"rendered":"Justice Manmohan one of the richest in Delhi High Court"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"TixyyLink\">\n<p>The declaration of assets by the Delhi High Court\u2019s judges Friday has revealed that Justice Manmohan is one of the richest among them.<br \/>\nThe judge has over Rs.5 crore as savings in various modes, including fixed deposits and PPF, and also has four life insurance policies of over Rs.2.5 crore.<\/p>\n<p>His wife owns three properties in her name.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Manmohan is followed by Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, who has eight properties in Kashmir and Delhi\/national capital region (NCR).<\/p>\n<p>Justice Kaul\u2019s wife owns a flat in the newly constructed Commonwealth Games Village.<\/p>\n<p>He also has bonds and savings of over Rs.80 lakh and insurance policies of Rs.34 lakh.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Sanjiv Khanna is also not far behind.
