MACT presiding officer Naveen Arora observed.<\/p>\n<p>34-year-old Hauz Rani-resident Israr Ahmad met with the accident on August 21, 2012 near Sikri village in Faridabad when the offending bus hit his motorcycle from behind.<\/p>\n<p>The tribunal relied upon a witness&#8217;
