That it is within the knowledge of this Tribunal that an estimated 80,000 trucks enter Delhi every night from 8 pm to 6 am.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is estimated that cement consumption in Delhi is around 4 lakh tonnes and that of NCR is around 10 lakh tonnes. In order to meet this requirement in a cost efficient manner, cement companies are transporting cement and clinkers by overloaded trucks.
