However, no data was made public regarding the level of pollution till today. Therefore, the claims of success of the odd even scheme is meaningless as it is not supported by any data,&#8221; the plea said.<\/p>\n<p>The petition sought directions to CPCB and Delhi Pollution Control Committee for separately monitoring levels of all parameters listed in Ambient Air Quality Standards during the second phase of odd-even scheme so that a proper comparison can be drawn.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(PTI) Expressing doubts over the second phase of the fortnight-long odd-even scheme, a scientist has moved the National Green Tribunal seeking independent monitoring of air pollution levels.
