Your prayer is that frivolous writ petition should not be entertained. This matter is not of public interest, therefore, we decline to entertain it,&#8221; the bench said.<\/p>\n<p>The petition, filed by advocate Pradeep Sharma, has referred to a recent news report regarding a letter written against a judge of High Court by a complainant and alleged that &#8220;blaming an individual (judge) shows frustration of the complainant&#8221; and sometimes it is also done to &#8220;attract cheap publicity&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>( Source &#8211; PTI )<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Delhi High Court today refused to entertain a public interest litigation seeking directions to the &#8220;concerned authorities&#8221; not to hear false and frivolous cases and complaints, particularly against judicial officers.
