She introduced herself as a car dealer and offered to sell him the BMV at a subsidised rate.<\/p>\n<p>Sachin paid the amount to the woman and she sent him the BMV car as promised earlier. However, the showroom from where the car had been sent took back the car saying that it was sent to Borikar for a test drive and that they were yet to receive the full price of the car from her.<\/p>\n<p>Sachin then tried calling Borikar to know what had happened to the car but she did not respond to his calls.<\/p>\n<p>The actor lodged a complaint with Versova police against Borikar. Later, it transpired that there were more such complaints against her for allegedly cheating people by selling cars at discounted rates.<\/p>\n<p>Fearing arrest, Borikar had urged for pre-arrest bail in sessions court which rejected her plea. She then moved the high court and declared that she wanted to settle the matter with the actor.<\/p>\n<p>The high court asked her to deposit the money received from the actor with the registrar of the court.
