However, Rio&#8217;s counsel had filed a petition before the Principal District and Session Judge seeking transfer of the case from the CJM&#8217;s court to another court within its division, claiming that the MP would not get justice from there.<\/p>\n<p>Dzuvichu&#8217;s advocate alleged that Rio was trying to delay the proceedings of the criminal hearing.<\/p>\n<p>( Source &#8211; PTI )<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A local court today reserved order on transfer of a criminal complaint case against former Nagaland chief minister and Lok Sabha MP Neiphiu Rio from the court of chief judicial magistrate here to another court.
