He was then caught by the neighbours and handed over to police, the prosecution said.<\/p>\n<p>The judge observed that from the evidence on record, it is clearly established that the body of Sahid was found in the room of the accused. The accused himself confessed the incident before the independent witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>From the facts and chain of circumstances, the prosecution has clearly established the guilt of the accused.<\/p>\n<p>It is clearly established that the accused assaulted Sahid by means of bamboo and intentionally killed him, the judge said in his recent order, adding that the prosecution has proved its case beyond reasonable doubt.<\/p>\n<p>( Source &#8211; PTI )<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 27-year-old youth here has been sentenced to life imprisonment by a district court for murdering his neighbour.
