There is a minor child involved in all this.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The court noted that parties involved in such disputes lose the prime of their lives fighting with each other.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The agony the litigants face each and every day is unnerving,&#8221; the court said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Some mechanism needs to be formulated to ensure that matrimonial disputes are resolved or decided within a fixed time schedule.
