She was mature enough to fully understand as to what was happening between the two,&#8221; the court said, adding that &#8220;it was an act of promiscuity on the part of prosecutrix and not an act induced by misconception of fact&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, the woman had lodged a complaint with the police in May this year alleging that she was acquainted with the accused for one and a half years.<\/p>\n<p>She had alleged that the accused, who had promised to get her a job, repeatedly raped on the pretext of marriage.
