Rinku then raped her. The girl was later rescued from their custody.<\/p>\n<p>In another case, a local court acquitted 13 persons in a murder case due to lack of evidence.<\/p>\n<p>Additional District Sessions Judge Amber Rawat yesterday acquitted the 13 accused in the murder case of Babbar.<\/p>\n<p>As per the prosecution, Babbar, a truck cleaner, was allegedly abducted and murdered at Purkazi in the district in 2007.<\/p>\n<p>The body was found later and the accused were arrested.<\/p>\n<p>But the prosecution failed to prove their involvement in the crime.<\/p>\n<p>( Source &#8211; PTI )<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two youths were sentenced to 10 years imprisonment by a fast track court here for abducting and raping a 16-year-old girl at Datiyana village.
