Therefore, there should be a system which enables all to file cases through the use of technology,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>The senior Congress leader also rooted for &#8216;liberalisation&#8217; of the legal profession.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;With little effort from budding lawyers and universities, law practitioners could be persuaded to support liberalisation,&#8221; Khurshid said, adding that it will provide ample opportunities to lawyers.<\/p>\n<p>The inaugural session of the conference was held by the National Law University (NLU) in association with Australia&#8217;s Deakin University.<\/p>\n<p>( Source &#8211; PTI)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Former Union minister and senior advocate Salman Khurshid today said there was a need for e-courts and video conferencing facilities in the high courts of the country for a robust justice delivery system.
