The amount of damages at Rs 7,500 per month per floor for 16 months comes to Rs 2,40,000. Hence, it is held that the plaintiff is entitled to recover an amount of Rs 2.40 lakh as damages for the period,&#8221; the court said.<\/p>\n<p>It further said that the amount for loss of the household goods &#8220;comes to Rs 1,00,000 per floor which does not appeared to be exorbitant.
