In order to address the problem, dry fodder depots have been established in veterinary institutions.<\/p>\n<p>A four-pronged approach is being adopted to make available both silage and dry fodder at the village level.<\/p>\n<p>The report further said the department has also begun monitoring the health of livestock closely by organising cattle health camps.<\/p>\n<p>Taking note of the submissions, Justice K Kalyanasundaram and Justice S M Subramaniam posted the matter for further hearing after summer vacation.<\/p>\n<p>( Source &#8211; PTI )<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Tamil Nadu government today told the Madras High Court that relevant officials have been asked to open additional fodder depots in areas facing acute paucity of the animal feeds.
