The case is related to withdrawal of funds from Deoghar Treasury.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The fodder scam relates to fraudulent withdrawal of 900 crore rupees by the animal husbandry department from various districts when Lalu Prasad was the chief minister of Bihar.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, former Bihar chief minister Jagannath Mishra on Friday again appeared before a special CBI court in connection with the multi-crore fodder scam case.
