Siras, officials said.<\/p>\n<p>Siras, who was found dead under mysterious circumstances Wednesday, had moved the chief judicial magistrate&#8217;s (CJM) court accusing some AMU officials and journalists of intruding his privacy by carrying a sting operation on him.<\/p>\n<p>Siras was filmed engaging in homosexual act with a rickshaw puller. On the basis of the film, he was later suspended Feb 9 by the administration on the grounds of &#8220;gross misconduct&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Siras moved the Allahabad High Court against his suspension and the CJM&#8217;s court in connection with the breach of his privacy.
