in police action in arresting the management and the principal of the private school located in city&#8217;s Indirapuram.<\/p>\n<p>She said an FIR was lodged against under section 304 and 201 of the Indian penal Code yet no arrest has been made so far.<\/p>\n<p>A magisterial inquiry was constituted by district magistrate Ministhy S on August 2.<\/p>\n<p>Since then the management has closed down the school due to which inquiry and inspection has been deferred thrice, additional district magistrate (finance) and designated investigating officer Rajesh Kumar said.<\/p>\n<p>Local leaders headed by former Congress MP Surendra Praksh Goel today handed over a memorandum to ADM Kumar and demanded CBI investigation in Arman&#8217;s death case.<\/p>\n<p>They also alleged that the police had not deliberately arrested the culprits.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, a group of parents met deputy chief minister Dinesh Sharma, who was in the city to inaugurate a private hospital, and apprised him with the whole episode.<\/p>\n<p>Sharma instructed Superintendent of Police, City, Akash Tomar to take action at the earliest and ensure justice.<\/p>\n<p>( Source &#8211;
