He fell down due to the impact and was taken to Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan hospital where he underwent treatment but died two weeks later, it said.<\/p>\n<p>The family of the victim sought Rs one crore as compensation for his untimely death.<\/p>\n<p>During the proceedings, the insurance company claimed that the driver did not have a valid driving licence and thus be allowed to recover the amount from him.
