There is no possibility of him absconding as his passport is lying with the trial court, he contended.<\/p>\n<p>The MEA&#8217;s counsel had earlier told the trial court that Indonesia has sent a request for his provisional arrest as he was wanted there to face trial.<\/p>\n<p>Cafferty was accused of committing various offences in Indonesia, including practising as a health worker without having an appropriate licence and medical negligence which resulted in death of a patient.
