However he is likely to be granted bail\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scoopwhoop.com\/rd?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.firstpost.com%2Findia%2Fsalman-khan-convicted-in-black-buck-poaching-case-live-actor-gets-2-years-in-jail-likely-to-get-bail-from-jodhpur-court-4418895.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">today itself<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"sw-para\">It should be noted that blackbuck is an endangered species protected under Schedule 1 of the Indian Wildlife Act.Apart from the actors, there are two other accused in the case &#8211; travel agent Dushyant Singh and Dinesh Gawre, Salman&#8217;s assistant at the time. Gawre is still absconding.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sw-para\">Back in 2006,\u00a0Salman was convicted in one of the cases and was sentenced to five years in jail.
