A fine of Rs 31,000 was also imposed on each of them.<\/p>\n<p>The case was under trial in the court of additional district and sessions judge second, Mahfooz Ali.<\/p>\n<p>On December 17, 2016, Azaharuddin a tenant in Kadrabad village of Modinagar opposed to his neighbour Sudeep Singh abusing him after consuming liquor, assistant district government counsel Rajiv Kumar Gurrzar said.<\/p>\n<p>Following this, Sudeep and his father Chaman fired upon Azaharuddin using a country-made pistol.
