{"id":5302,"date":"2010-05-21T16:15:13","date_gmt":"2010-05-21T10:45:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.in\/news\/?p=5302"},"modified":"2010-05-21T16:15:13","modified_gmt":"2010-05-21T10:45:13","slug":"delhi-university-teachers-assure-court-on-college-results","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.com\/news\/delhi-university-teachers-assure-court-on-college-results","title":{"rendered":"Delhi University teachers assure court on college results"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Delhi University Teachers\u2019 Association (DUTA) Thursday informed the Delhi High Court that internal assessment results in 17 colleges will be declared Friday after its members\u2019 meeting with Vice Chancellor Deepak Pental.<\/p>\n<p>DUTA\u2019s counsel informed Justice Sunil Gaur that after the meeting with Pental, the results will be declared Friday evening.<\/p>\n<p>The court was hearing the Delhi University\u2019s plea, alleging DUTA\u2019s non-cooperation in implementation of the proposed semester system at the undergraduate level from the ensuing academic session.<\/p>\n<p>Blaming Pental for not discussing the feasibility and the desirability of the semester system at the university\u2019s academic council (AC), the teachers from most of the affiliated colleges, at the behest of DUTA, did not submit their internal assessments to their respective principals.
