The University endeavors to encourage quality research in contemporary legal issues. One of the existing but neglected areas in the Indian legal territory is Aerospace and Defence Law. To fill this gap and to promote further studies and research in the Aerospace Law, the University has established the advanced Center for Aerospace and Defense Laws (CADL) with the objective of promoting the development of Aviation and Space Laws and related policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The courses are conducted broadly under two dedicated wings of the University- Nalsar Pro, which is the distance education branch of Nalsar and the Centre for Air &amp; Space Law (CASL), which studies and contributes towards the legal development in the emerging sectors of aviation and space. CASL has introduced innovative courses in Aviation, Space, Telecommunications, GIS and Remote Sensing with the objective to cater to the unprecedented growth and commercialization of the Aviation, Space and Telecom sectors.
