Except Patkar, all others were present for the hearing.\u00a0All of them have to execute a personal bond of Rs 15,000 in cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In March 2014, a complaint was lodged against Kejriwal and the others\u00a0at suburban Mankhurd police station.
