{"id":5497,"date":"2010-06-03T15:59:11","date_gmt":"2010-06-03T10:29:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.in\/news\/?p=5497"},"modified":"2010-06-03T15:59:11","modified_gmt":"2010-06-03T10:29:11","slug":"verdict-in-murder-case-involving-soren-june-15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.com\/news\/verdict-in-murder-case-involving-soren-june-15","title":{"rendered":"Verdict in murder case involving Soren June 15"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A local court on Thursday reserved its judgement on Kudko murder case, in which former Jharkhand Chief Minister and JMM chief Shibu Soren is an accused and appeared before the court.<\/p>\n<p>The Additional District Judge (9th-fast track), Mohammad Qasim, set June 15 to deliver the verdict.<\/p>\n<p>The case was transfered to the court after a request by the First Additional District and Sessions court of N N Singh on April 16.<\/p>\n<p>An FIR was filed on April 15, 1974 by one Bahadur Singh, who accused Soren of heading a group that allegedly killed Khirodar Singh and Chundi Singh following slaughter of a goat at Kudko village under Pirtand police station in Giridih district.<\/p>\n<p>The charge-sheet was filed in 1978.
