It is pertinent to mention herein that the Grievances Commission observed that the issue of encroachment at Azadpur is a very chronic matter that needs to be resolved and advised to approach the tribunal for getting corrective orders to resolve the grievance,&#8221; the plea had said.<\/p>\n<p>The plea had also sought directions to the Delhi Pollution Control Committee to install ambient air quality monitoring station in the area.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The National Green Tribunal Wednesday directed the North Delhi Municipal Corporation to keep a constant vigil on the encroachments in Azadpur here and seek the help of police in removing squatters.
