The sitting may continue for the next succeeding day if matters fixed for any day are not finished on that day.<\/p>\n<p>The Office of the Court will remain open daily from 10 am to 5 am except on Second Saturday, Sundays and other holidays, if any.<\/p>\n<p>The Notification has also clarified that the limitation period will not run during the vacation period of the purposes of the institution of Civil and Criminal cases.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has notified its Vacation Bench for Summer Break 2019.
