It is also an acronym of the initials of the 7 co-founders.<\/p>\n<p>MP Devnath, Vivek Sharma, and Abhishek Anand had joined ELP in 2017 from L&amp;S. Devnath focuses on Litigation and Dispute Resolution, while Sharma focuses on Tax Advisory and Litigation. Anand specializes in Investment Law and Arbitration.<\/p>\n<p>Sarvada Legal now has expertise in Competition Law, Corporate &amp; Commercial laws, Dispute Resolution, International Trade &amp; Customs, Insolvency &amp; Bankruptcy, Policy &amp; Regulatory, Tax Advisory &amp; Litigation including GST, Trademark &amp; Copyright, and White Collar Crime.<\/p>\n<p>The firm also has niche practice areas such as Data Protection and SCOMET controls in Technology, Defense and Aerospace Sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on this development, S Seetharaman said,<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am extremely happy about and proud of the new team at Sarvada Legal.
